Erin Mhley

Senior Partner

Professional Experience:

Erin is a creative leader with over 10 years experience developing programs dedicated to cultivating leaders for greater impact within their career and communities. She partnered with Swanfall Strategies in 2023 and is excited for the opportunity to share her experience guiding large diverse teams towards best practices for achieving their dynamic goals. In her other lives as an offshore sailor, coach, and program director she focuses on designing and implementing leadership curriculum through competition and the high risk, high reward environment of small team leadership at sea. She has worked closely with the Center for Creative Leadership and the USNA Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership to implement cohort style programming for leadership development, driving culture change, and diversity and equity initiatives.

Background:

Originally from Massachusetts, Erin has a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a M.S. in Leadership from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business. In her free time, Erin can often be found playing bluegrass with friends or, at times hard to find, competing in offshore sailing races with her favorite teammates around the world. When given the option, her ideal way to spend the days is in the mountains on some kind of endurance adventure with her husband Mark and their dog Blitzen.
